 I have worked for Equality for over 2 years and have had a great time travelling and seeing parts of my own country that I never would have otherwise. I've made friends for life and have generated massive sums of financial support for organisations such as Amnesty International and The Australian Red Cross. On top of this I've earned a !!! 3 week trip to Thailand!!!! as one of my bonuses where I get to see the work of the organisations I represent and get to travel. If that wasn't enough, I also got the $10,000 challenge bonus for signing up over $10,000 in monthly support in 3 months.

Terms & Conditions-
New campaigners to Equality may be asked to demonstrate 1000 Units signed up with a 90% retention prior to registration.
Campaigners do not need to work 17 weeks straight- you can take up to 4 weeks off per challenge but this will be included in the 17 week period. If doing so, campaigners are responsible for accommodation and transport costs in this period.
All Campaigners must generate minimum targets as determined by their team leader and adhere to the code of conduct to remain on the challenge.
*After the 17 week period is up, if 10,000 net units have been generated then the campaigner will receive a $10,000 bonus in the following way- $7,500 base + $2,500 addition if retention is at least 90% of pledges signed up during the period. If 90% is not met then pledges will be monitored for the guarantee period of 145 days and $2.500 will be paid as long as a minimum of 80% retention is achieved. To be considered all units are post welcome call and cancellations that occur during this period will not be considered. All bonuses are subject to approval by Equality Marketing Management. Sign On bonuses will be paid after a minimum 2 weeks have been completed with and the contractor has achieved minimum targets as outlined. Flight Bonuses will be paid after a period of 17 weeks in which the contractor had achieved targets established by Equality Marketing Management.
Unit = dollar value of ongoing support - i.e. $1 = 1 Unit The Minimum sign up is $15 of ongoing support per month, the maximum sign up is $40. For example a $50 sign up will be recorded as $40.
** Based on an average pledge duration of 5 years.
*** This offer is for experienced campaigners who are able to work for the 17 week period and achieve the targets required. Level of experience must be demonstrated by applicant and accepted by Equality before offer will be made. Agreed cost of flight (s) will be paid as a bonus on completion of 17 weeks up to a maximum of 600 pounds sterling or $1500 Australian dollars |
